Description
Wu Zi Lun Dao Liquor produced in China’s most famous liquor producing area, which is in the 7.5 square kilometers core producing area in Moutai Town, Guizhou Province, where it has been brew for years and contains plenty of microorganisms in the air.
Moutai liquor uses Chishui River water as the main water source. Chishui River water is rich in a variety of trace elements due to the long-term rain erosion of purple soil in the Cretaceous era.
With the characteristics of One year production cycle, two kinds of grain (sorghum 42% + wheat 58%), 2 times of putting grain, 9 times of Steaming and boiling, 8 times of fermentation makes it the perfect Moutai.
